1. 7-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Firdaus Azizi Training & Consultancy (Business Registration No. 002339002H) ("we," "us," "our," or "Reseller") offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy for all WA Toolbox subscriptions purchased through our reseller platform https://www.watoolbox.com.my.​

2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

2.1 You Are Eligible for a Full Refund If:

  • You request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase (the date your payment was processed)
  • You purchased the WA Toolbox subscription directly from our reseller platform
  • You provide your order details (order number, email address used for purchase, or transaction ID)

2.2 This Policy Applies To:

  • New subscriptions (first-time purchases)
  • Subscription upgrades
  • Subscription renewals (if requested within 7 days of renewal date)

2.3 No Questions Asked

We respect your decision. You do not need to provide a reason for requesting a refund, though we appreciate feedback to help us improve our service.​

3. REFUND PROCESS

3.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within the 7-day period using any of the following methods:

  • Your full name
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Order number or transaction ID
  • Date of purchase
  • Brief reason for refund (optional but appreciated)

3.2 Processing Timeline

Once we receive your refund request:

  1. Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 1 business day
  2. Verification: We will verify your purchase details (1-2 business days)
  3. Approval: Eligible refunds are approved automatically
  4. License Deactivation: Your WA Toolbox license will be deactivated
  5. Refund Processing: We will initiate the refund to your original payment method

3.3 Refund Timing

  • Our Processing: 2-3 business days after approval
  • Bank/Payment Provider Processing: 5-10 business days (depending on your financial institution)​
  • Total Time: Typically 7-14 business days from request to funds appearing in your account

The refund will be issued to the original payment method only (credit card, debit card, online banking, etc.).​

4. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER REFUND APPROVAL

Once your refund is approved:

  • Immediate License Revocation: Your WA Toolbox subscription will be deactivated immediately
  • Loss of Access: You will no longer have access to WA Toolbox features
  • Data Export: Please export any important data or settings before requesting a refund, as we cannot guarantee data retrieval after license deactivation
  • Full Refund: 100% of the subscription price will be refunded (no deductions or processing fees)

5. EXCEPTIONS AND LIMITATIONS

5.1 Refunds Will NOT Be Provided:

After the 7-Day Window

  • Refund requests received more than 7 calendar days after purchase are not eligible
  • Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances at our sole discretion

Purchases from Other Resellers

  • This policy applies only to purchases made directly through our reseller platform
  • For purchases from other authorized resellers or directly from Elbruz Technologies, contact them directly

Violation of Terms

  • If your subscription was terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, WA Toolbox Terms of Use, or WhatsApp Terms of Service
  • If your account was involved in fraudulent or illegal activities​

Chargebacks or Disputes

  • If you have already initiated a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider
  • Duplicate refund requests

Gifts or Third-Party Purchases

  • If the subscription was purchased as a gift or by a third party on your behalf (refunds must be requested by the original purchaser)

5.2 Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for:

  • Unused portions of monthly or annual subscriptions after the 7-day period
  • Subscriptions you forgot to cancel
  • Time periods where you did not use the service

Exception: In case of service outages or technical issues on our part, we may offer pro-rated credits or partial refunds at our discretion.

6. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION VS. REFUND

These are different processes:​

6.1 Cancellation (No Refund)

  • Cancel anytime after the 7-day refund period
  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle
  • No refund is provided for the remaining subscription period
  • You retain access to WA Toolbox until subscription expiry

6.2 Refund (Within 7 Days)

  • Request a full refund within 7 days of purchase
  • Your subscription is terminated immediately
  • You receive a 100% refund
  • You lose access to WA Toolbox immediately

To cancel your subscription (without refund), please contact us or manage your subscription through your account dashboard.

7. CONSUMER PROTECTION RIGHTS (MALAYSIA)

This Refund Policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia).​

7.1 Your Rights Under Malaysian Law:

Faulty or Defective Service

  • If the WA Toolbox extension does not function as advertised or is defective, you are entitled to a refund regardless of the 7-day period
  • You have the right to reject goods or services that do not meet reasonable quality standards

Misleading Representations

  • If our marketing materials or product descriptions were false or misleading, you have additional rights under consumer protection law

Future Services Contracts

  • Under Section 17 of the Consumer Protection Act 1999, consumers may cancel future service contracts and receive refunds for unused portions​

8. DEVELOPER AND THIRD-PARTY POLICIES

8.1 Elbruz Technologies Refund Policy

As a reseller, we implement this 7-day refund policy independently. However, WA Toolbox's developer (Elbruz Technologies) also maintains their own refund policy covering the first 7 days of usage.​

8.2 Payment Processor Policies

Our payment processors may have their own dispute resolution and refund policies. We will work with them to process your refund promptly.

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to contact our support team if you experience:

  • Installation or setup difficulties
  • Technical problems or bugs
  • Compatibility issues
  • Feature questions or confusion

10. REFUND POLICY CHANGES

11. FRAUDULENT REFUND REQUESTS

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny refund requests that are fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith
  • Report fraudulent activities to relevant authorities
  • Permanently ban users who abuse the refund policy
  • Pursue legal action for fraud or misrepresentation
